We are the one fetching Grandpa so yeah, everyone is waiting for us before they could start cutting the cake. The crowd at there were too many so it would be quite some time before the food is served.
So might as well sing song and cut cake first right? Save time. Cake baked by ah mmm. It's Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache top with Raisins and Walnuts. *yums yums*
Ah mmm also prepare Red Eggs for everyone. Just a traditional beliefs. Why not? Everyone is hungry and there's cake and eggs for appetizers. Heh (Thank you, Ahmmm) The name I called also prove that ah mmm makes delicious food haha mmm-mmm.. =))

I look messy in most of the pictures OMG ahahah whatever la, so rare to have my own pictures in it you know since I'm the photographer. Why not use selfie stick right? There's few reasons I don't use and it's for a legitimate reasons kay. Blog about it soon. I'll link to it here later on.

The cons of being the photographer : Where am I?

After dinner, we proceed to another venue for family gathering and chit-chatting session. Since the Starbucks in Batu Ferringhi are quite popular nowadays and some of the family members haven't been there before, so why not?

It's a Friday night so obviously there will be quite a crowd. Especially when about 40 members of my family gonna be there too. Haha Fortunately we found quite a good place to sit (somemore in the air cond session) It's actually no big deal whether it's indoor or outdoor that we are seating cause the weather nowadays are quite cooling so wherever also can la.
Anyway, my mom sponsors RM200 for the Starbucks beverages so Vanessa in charge of listing out the beverages of the family members. For place like Starbucks, not much we can order for a 200 bucks.

**A little tip/advice for organizing a big bunch : Ordering all same type and size of beverages within a specific budget**
To avoid confusion of distributing beverages and over-spending.

Confusion of distributing beverages occurred here. Photographer (me), boyfie and Vanessa (the orderer) settling. Haha No experience in handling such a big bunch. It's actually quite a good experience by the way. Next time I would be able to take precautions when handling big group of people. (Still much to learn though)

Finally when I'm free-er (I know there's no such word heh), go look for the kids by the beach. When heading there, they're already washing their feet. My couz told me that they saw a baby snake around the beach so they stop all the kids from hanging around the beach. *be careful and aware, people*

Towards the end of the day, grandpa went to Holiday Inn Resort just beside Starbucks to hear songs (his favorite thing to do). When some of us went there, he offered the singer on stage to let him performed a few songs dedicated to all of us. (I know right, my grandpa got guts and he can SING)

This little toddler just keep wandering around the whole place. I think someone gave her coffee cause she's so active and energetic the whole night. Apparently, her parents not around (they're with grandpa) to bring her home earlier. Nobody could stop her from walking or running around. She even fall a few times but she stood up continue laughing and running again. Nothing could defeat her. I think she secretly thinks "Ain't nothing gonna stop me especially when daddy & mommy are not around to scold me. hehe I can just keep running, running, running"
I called her to hold me. Actually it's my trick to slow her pace down. I couldn't be able to run like her all the time. Old already. hahaha not that energetic like her.

So finally I end the day here. Even though it's a very busy night for me as a photographer, I still love gatherings and will keep capturing these precious moments with love ones for memories.
What's next? I presume National Day, we shall have another gathering. Pretty please. heh
